Healing First
Writing about your life can stir up a lot. We move at a pace that protects your wellbeing and your voice.
The Write Time is a ghostwriting, book coaching, and publishing studio for women who are ready to turn what they have lived into something that lasts. We help you write it, heal through it, and rise with it.
Alethia Saunders founded The Write Time to give women a safe, skilled place to tell the stories that shaped them.
She knows that the most powerful books often begin as something heavy: a season of loss, a hard-won lesson, a testimony that has waited years for the right moment. As a certified trauma coach, Alethia built a process that protects the person doing the remembering while still producing a book that is clear, compelling, and ready for readers.
Long before The Write Time, Alethia founded The Pop Effect in 2015 to help professionals see their worth and get paid for it. Across both companies her work follows one thread: helping people step into their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and a voice that is unmistakably their own.
Today she and her team partner with a limited number of new authors each month, so every story receives the time and care it deserves.
Your story is not too much. It is exactly what someone else needs to read.
We help you write and heal, then rise with your story.
Three movements shape every Write Time project, whether you are writing a memoir, a testimony, or a book built on your expertise.
We find the shape of your story together through guided sessions, interviews, and an outline that makes the whole book feel possible.
Trauma-informed pacing means you decide what is shared and when. Your wellbeing matters as much as your word count.
Publishing, author branding, speaking, and the Author Tour help your finished book open doors for you and your readers.
Writing about your life can stir up a lot. We move at a pace that protects your wellbeing and your voice.
Whether we coach you or write alongside you, the finished book should sound unmistakably like you.
Your story is protected. NDAs are available, and every project lives in a private, shared workspace.
We think past launch day, toward speaking, community, and the generations who will read your words.
Our authors are survivors, mothers, ministers, clinicians, executives, and entrepreneurs. Most have never published before. All of them decided it was time.
